Non Profit Experience

Director of Community Engagement, United Way of Central Massachusetts

·       Plan, manage and execute volunteer opportunities including WooServes, Day of Caring, Holiday Wish List, Dollar $cholar that address community needs in partnership with agencies, individuals, employers, and United Way staff

·       Design and deliver workshops and training programs for volunteers, nonprofit program staff, and students on best practices for volunteer and special event program execution, resulting in exceptional volunteer management experience

·       Maintain Galaxy portal and work with internal and external partners to identify engagement opportunities
